Booking Agreement

  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to the terms and conditions.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Same-day move-ins are not honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. Authentication of name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification is required. If not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

Policies and Rules

  • Minimum booking age: 25 years.
  • No smoking allowed.

  • No events, parties, or weddings allowed.
  • Guests with a confirmed criminal record will be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
  • City of Scottsdale requires no more than 6 non-related adults per home, not including children.

  • Pool heat (Oct-Apr): $75/night. 5 days' notice from check-in required to add pool heat. The property has an electric pool heater; the desired temperature may not be achieved depending on weather conditions. For more information, refer to the Terms & Conditions.
  • Air mattresses: 1 complimentary, $50 for 1 additional.

Add Ons and Amenities

  • Pack & Play and Highchair: Complimentary set available. Additional baby equipment available for rent via partner service (inquire for details). This is an add-on and not included in the reservation.
  • Starter amenities for kitchens and bathrooms provided. Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
